Day and night are equal length, the outer and inner worlds, light and dark, are equal and balanced. This happens twice a year and they provide an opportunity for us to work with this integration of ourselves.
The equinoxes fall at the beginning of the two seasonal changes: Spring with its promise of Summer and Autumn with its promise of Winter. Everything is beginning to move fast at this time. These points are an opportunity for us to focus in the direction we wish to go. Meaning you will meet the new season prepared and clear.
Autumn Equinox falls on Saturday 23 September this year (2023) here in the Northern Hemisphere. Day and Night are in equal length and is a great time for thanks, gratitude, and for restoring balance. Day and Night are in perfect balance and the final stages of harvesting our fruits of our labour are complete. A time for celebration of natures and life’s abundance.
Equinoxes are a great opportunity to stop and adjust. Things may start to feel as though they are moving fast now, this is an invitation for preparations and intentions for the coming winter to be made. Summer has now ended; the days will shorten and the cooler weather reminds us that we must all respond to this change with it.
A time for rest and renewal, a chance for us all to go within, to explore and understand ourselves. To ad us in our future planning, planting seeds for our future, which will incubate through the winter months. Helping us to re-emerge in the Spring, transformed and strengthened by this time of rest.
I warmly invite you to honour yourself and those in circle with you, celebrating the power of togetherness, connecting with Mother Nature, embracing the feminine and masculine awesomeness within each of us, and raising good vibrations.
There is a focus on the mind, body, soul, and spirit connection, the natural state of just being, mindfulness, creating and taking space and time together, and feeling revitalised and uplifted in celebration of this life.

Suitable for people who are new to or experienced in ceremony but sadly not during the first trimester of pregnancy. Or if you have a pacemaker or suffer from epilepsy. And if you wear a hearing aid, please turn them off during the Sound Immersion.
