DRU yoga

Dru yoga is a gentle but potent form of yoga based on soft flowing movements and sequences accompanied by breath control. It has been designed for people with all abilities and fitness levels, and is inclusive to everyone, especially beginners. We concentrate on gentle stretches to enhance posture and spinal alignment, and use simple exercises and techniques to improve strength and flexibility. We also have a bit of fun in the process and then always finish with a lovely relaxation.

The word “Dru” actually comes from the North Star and means “still point”. Dru yoga encourages us to find that calm, peaceful place within each of us.

KUndalini yoga

The oldest of all traditional forms of yoga, Kundalini is considered to be the mother of all yogas. It is a comprehensive practice that includes pranayama (breathwork), asana (posture), kriya (a series of exercises), mantra, and meditation. It’s a spiritual practice as well as physical one.
