Family Flow Yoga

TIme: 12 - 1pm
Cost: From £18/family
For young people 8-12yrs and their parents/carers to share yoga together, joining alongside each other and encouraging time for connection. With a little more structure than the Family Yoga sessions, ‘Family Flow’ will incorporate some elements linking movements, connecting poses, and co-ordinating movement and breath. There will be space to rest too, offering a balanced hour together.
This class may also be a stepping-stone for young women 11-12yrs who would prefer to try a session alongside a family member before booking for Teen Yoga.
