Family Fridays have all the things you love about the weekend Family Yoga sessions - time to connect, be playful and move creatively. Plus we'll be dedicating a little extra time to pausing to breathe and rest together for that chilled-out Friday feeling to help set you up for the weekend.
Suitable for children from 3 years+ (as a rough guide, this class is aimed towards older pre-school through to primary-aged children).
