Teen Yoga: Space in Exam Season Workshop

Exam-time might feel overwhelming with busy thoughts and multiple things needing attention. Taking time and having a space to pause, breathe and release tension can be helpful in reducing excess stress and anxiety, promoting calm, and keeping your mind and body feeling nourished.
The 'Space in Exam Season' workshop (2hrs) offers that space to experience and explore practices which may be useful in your self-care during the exam period and beyond.
Suggested particularly for 14 to 18-year-olds, this session will be small, relaxed and suitable for all, whether you have previous experience of yoga or not. A cosy, comforting studio space and a focus on wellbeing to support you in taking good care of yourself.
You can expect calming and grounding practices, movement to release tension (and balance-out sitting to study), different breath techniques to promote focus and relaxation, plus some guided and quiet time to relax and recharge.
Instructions
Please wear comfortable clothing which allows you to move freely and layers to ensure you are warm enough (plus warm socks). You may wish to bring a water bottle. The studio is fully equipped with everything else you need.
