A 6 week beginners course for those new to yoga. 

Join Jen for this inclusive, small group course to begin your yoga journey. If you’ve been wanting to try yoga but feel a bit nervous to jump straight into regular classes, or if you’ve tried a yoga class and found it impossible to keep up, too big, or simply like you didn’t have the time to learn the foundations- this is the course for you.

True to its ancient origins and not simply an exercise practice, this course includes the fundamentals of what we believe a balanced yoga practice looks like. 

Each class will contain:

Physical postures (asanas) to increase strength and flexibility.

Simple, accessible meditation and mindfulness practices.

Breathwork- we call this pranayama. 

Relaxation.

Following the course we believe you’ll have the confidence to join any of our beginner friendly classes here at the studio, and have experienced a positive introduction to this wonderful practice.
