Receive a gentle bath of sounds from crystal alchemy bowls and invite your body to feel completely rested, as your mind enters a deeply meditative state. Sound Therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation, but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body- it has been known to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety and sleep disorders.
For those in need of rest, suitable for complete beginners but sadly not during the first trimester of pregnancy.
